At JFMS, we understand that business needs and schedules can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling booked or ongoing facility management services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following policy.
All services are confirmed only after a written Work Order, Agreement, or Advance Payment.
Once confirmed, resources, manpower, and materials are allocated to your project.
Clients may cancel a confirmed service before the scheduled start date by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance.
If cancellation is made after manpower deployment or work initiation, applicable administrative and labor charges will be deducted from the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable as staffing and material costs are already incurred.
JFMS reserves the right to postpone or cancel services due to unforeseen events such as equipment failure, staff unavailability, or force majeure situations (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
In such cases, clients will be informed promptly, and the service will be rescheduled or eligible refunds will be processed as per mutual agreement.
Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
Taxes, administrative fees, or material procurement charges (if incurred) are non-refundable.
Clients may request to reschedule a booked service instead of canceling it, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the service start time.
