Jyoti Facility Management Services (JFMS)

1. Introduction

At JFMS, we strive to deliver the highest standards of facility management, cleanliness, and maintenance services. Our Return Policy outlines the terms under which clients can request rework, service correction, or replacement in case of dissatisfaction or service issues.


2. Service Nature

Since JFMS provides professional facility management and maintenance services, there are generally no physical products to be returned. However, we do allow clients to request rework or service correction if the delivered service does not meet the agreed quality standards.


3. Service Return / Rework Eligibility

A client may request a service return (rework or re-servicing) under the following conditions:

  • The service delivered does not match the scope or specifications agreed upon in the contract or work order.

  • There is a clear deficiency in performance or quality verified by JFMS supervisors.

  • The complaint is raised within 24 hours of service completion.

All return/rework requests must be sent in writing to info@jyotifms.com along with details of the service and the issue observed.


4. Resolution Process

Upon receiving a valid return request:

  • JFMS will review and verify the issue within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, a rework, correction, or replacement service will be scheduled at no additional cost.

  • If the issue is found to be outside JFMS’s control (e.g., due to client infrastructure, access delay, or misuse), additional charges may apply.


5. Non-Returnable Services

The following are not eligible for return or rework:

  • Services completed as per contract specifications.

  • Delays or issues caused by client-side inaccessibility or safety constraints.

  • Consumables, materials, or third-party items procured and used for the service.


6. Quality Assurance

JFMS maintains strict internal quality inspection and supervision systems to ensure that every service meets professional standards. Any performance gaps reported by clients will be addressed promptly and professionally.
