Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to JFMS (Jyoti Facility Management Services). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Scope of Services

JFMS provides professional facility management, maintenance, and support services, including housekeeping, technical maintenance, and other related services as per client agreements.
All services are delivered in accordance with the scope defined in the respective proposal or service contract.

3. Service Agreement

  • A formal Service Agreement or Work Order will define the exact scope, duration, and cost of services.

  • Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

  • JFMS reserves the right to review and revise service charges based on changes in labor costs, statutory norms, or operational requirements.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per the terms mentioned in the invoice or service agreement.

  • Delayed payments beyond the due date may attract interest or suspension of services.

  • All payments should be made in favor of Jyoti Facility Management Services via authorized channels only.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide necessary access and permissions to the premises for service execution.

  • Ensure safety and cooperation for our staff during work hours.

  • Notify JFMS in writing about any discrepancies or service issues within 24 hours of occurrence.

6. Staff Management

  • All JFMS staff are trained, uniformed, and carry proper identification.

  • The deployment, rotation, or replacement of staff remains under the discretion of JFMS management.

  • Clients are not permitted to directly employ or engage JFMS personnel during or within six months after the termination of the contract.

7. Equipment and Materials

  • All cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables will be provided as per agreement.

  • Damage to company equipment due to client negligence will be chargeable.

8. Liability and Insurance

  • JFMS ensures all statutory compliances, including ESI, PF, and labor laws, for its employees.

  • The company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  • JFMS maintains insurance for its operations as per legal norms.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and premises-related data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without prior consent.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice period as defined in the contract.

  • Early termination without notice may result in service cancellation charges.

11. Force Majeure

JFMS shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance of services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
