Jyoti Facility Management Services (JFMS)

1. Introduction

At JFMS, we are committed to delivering professional and reliable facility management services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.


2. Service Confirmation

  • Services are confirmed only after a written Service Agreement, Work Order, or Payment Confirmation.

  • The service scope, schedule, and pricing are clearly mentioned before commencement.

  • Once the service is initiated, it will be deemed as accepted and in progress.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel service requests before the commencement of work with written notice at least 7 days in advance.

  • Cancellations made after deployment or partial service delivery may attract applicable administrative or labor charges.

  • JFMS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff unavailability, equipment failure, or force majeure events.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is made prior to the initiation of services and no material or manpower costs have been incurred.

  • If advance payments have been made, the eligible refund amount will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval.

  • No refunds will be provided once the service has commenced or has been partially delivered.

  • In cases of disputes or dissatisfaction, JFMS will review the issue and may offer service adjustments, replacements, or partial refunds at its discretion.


5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable once payment is made:

  • Service booking or administrative fees.

  • Charges for materials, consumables, or third-party vendors already procured.

  • Taxes, duties, or statutory payments.


6. Force Majeure

JFMS shall not be liable for cancellations or non-performance of services due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds will be handled based on incurred costs and mutual agreement.
